Construction Line started as a Government department, but for the last 20 years has supported thousands of businesses across the public and private sectors with critical aspects of the construction industry which incorporates commercial property facilities management, maintenance and compliance services. Construction Line works with buyers and suppliers to understand new standards and regulations and can validate suppliers as “deemed to satisfy” for SSIP (safety schemes in procurement). Robinsons Facilities Services, as one of the most accredited companies in Yorkshire, are a Silver Member of the Construction Line platform, which means local businesses in the construction sector can use Construction Line to select suppliers they know are verified, approved and accredited, and see us as an existing member. Construction Line undertakes verification checks to vet all suppliers on their platform, the main one being the completion of a PAS91 questionnaire, a standard pre-qualification document which covers the common minimum standard for construction procurement and is commonly used in the Public Sector and Private Sector alike.
