I thought I would email you to say a big thank you from myself and all the housing management team in helping us through the last couple of months assisting in the repairs of our Ground and Air source heating problems we have experienced following the collapse in this area of our existing provider. I can understand dealing first hand along with our staff the difficulties you have faced with disheartened customers along with picking up longstanding issues and we really appreciate the help advice and commitment that Robinsons Facilities have given Harrogate Borough Council in the hour of need.

Professional and friendly service start to end. Thomas in Sales made the whole process of deciding on a contractor painless. He then pitched their level of follow up contact just right – no badgering and pushing. They answered a million questions with patience and with some friendly chat thrown in. The Ops team were efficient in getting the works booked in, fitting in with what suited us best.  The engineers carrying out the works were professional and friendly – this ethos obviously runs through the whole company.

We had Robinsons out to repair and service our very poorly gas central heating boilers. We were struggling to get someone to do them so I went onto the internet and found Robinsons Facilities Services who were more than happy to sort them out. They did an excellent job of reclaiming our boilers, they have never run as well for a long time. We will be using Robinsons again for various things in the future.

Robinsons have been working with us for more than 15 years providing mechanical, electrical and air conditioning services planned / reactive maintenance works. It is the second time I have used Robisons to purge a gas meter on one of our properties. Each time we have had a fast response to our enquiry with a quote sent through straight away and plenty of options to book the works in. On site, the engineers have been friendly, quick and provided all of the correct paperwork in order for us to move forward with our disconnection. I look after commercial buildings and I was struggling to get a reasonable price in the area. Robinsons gave a reasonable price, were timely in their repair and were very easy to deal with. They kept me up to date with all aspects of the work that needed doing. I was so happy with the work they did, that when we had an issue with a heater in a different branch I didn’t hesitate to get in touch again. Even though this was further than they would typically look at, they went out of their way to ensure the work was done to the same standard as the first job. There was a delay because of this, but I was informed every step of the way. The communication and customer service is excellent.
