Once complete we’ll email you your HVAC Maintenance quotation straight away. If you are happy with the quotation, you can request a free site survey by making a booking on this page.

How to make a booking

Booking a Free Site Survey to firm up a quote for your Planned and Preventative Maintenance is now quick and easy with the introduction of our online booking system.

To make a booking, simply:

  1. Step 1: Select a day and time slot that most suits you.
  2. Step 2: Enter your details.
  3. Step 3: Enter the details of the company and confirm your booking.
  4. Complete!

We will be in touch within two working days to confirm your booking request.

What is involved in a Free Site Survey?

One of our expert commercial HVAC engineers will attend your site and complete the following:

  • Gather asset information – make / model / serial number / location
  • Assess whether any access equipment is required
  • Assess the condition of the asset and recommend a planned maintenance schedule
  • Provide a detailed quote for regular servicing and maintenance of your building’s assets

The site survey is 100% FREE and there is no obligation to proceed further.

Please note, site surveys will only be undertaken if certain criteria is met including geographical location and number and type of assets. If this criteria is not met we will discuss alternative options with you.
