Step 1: Arrange attendance
Call us or complete the online form. We’ll confirm rates, take payment, and book the earliest suitable engineer slot.
Step 2: Engineer attends and diagnoses
We’ll attend during business hours, identify the fault and complete repairs where possible. If remedial work is needed, we’ll identify this during the visit, and follow up with a clear quote.
Step 3: Follow-up support
You receive a written report confirming what was done. If additional work is required, we’ll schedule it at a time that suits your site.

This service covers business-hours attendance only. Contract customers can access our 24/7/365 outs-of-hours call out facility if required.
Can you carry out repairs during the visit?
We fix faults on the day whenever possible. If replacement parts or larger remedials are needed, we’ll provide a quote before further work goes ahead.
Do you offer fixed quotes?
Diagnostic attendance is charged at our hourly rate. If the solution requires additional works, we’ll give you a clear, itemised quote for approval.
