What assets and services can be included in the contract?

Your contract can cover plant and equipment across heating, cooling, water and electrical systems. It can also include service-based tasks such as PAT testing, water hygiene checks or pest management, depending on what your site needs. See our full range of services.

What exactly is included in the price?

Your annual fee covers the planned servicing schedule we build for your site — including engineer time for those visits, routine checks, and the completion of service reports. You also get priority status for reactive work and preferential rates..

Repairs, parts or follow-up work outside the planned visits are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need.
