A Lovely Letter from Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity

Back in April, the first full month of lockdown due to Covid-19, the team at Robinsons Facilities Services decided to help out in the local community with donations and supporting the vulnerable.
One of the things we did was to donate surplus uniforms to the Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity and the Harrogate Homeless Project. This included sweatshirts, t-shirts and fleeces.
Our Sales and Marketing Administrator, Tom Bland, was on hand to deliver the uniforms to the hospital.
This week we received a lovely letter from the Community and Events Fundraiser at the Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity and we wanted to share their kind words:
“On behalf of Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity (HHCC) it is my pleasure to thank you for your very kind donation of clothing for patients here at Harrogate and District NHS foundation Trust. Your support is very much appreciated during this very difficult time.
Our charity funds specialist equipment, training and services; going above and beyond the provision of the NHS to help improve treatment and facilities. We raise funds for all the departments and services at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust for the benefit of all patients and their families.
COVID-19 is causing many challenges and all of our staff here are working extremely hard during this unprecedented time showing their wonderful NHS spirit! All our colleagues are very grateful for the generosity they are receiving from the local community and donations such as yours are making a huge difference!
Thank you so much for your wonderful support of Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity, we are extremely grateful for your kindness.”
Robinsons Facilities Services are delighted to have been able to help support the Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity.
