Hello! Today we are going to show you how to use our very simple HVAC Maintenance Calculator. By using this calculator we’ll be able to give you an instant quotation for maintaining your building’s assets.
Firstly, click ‘start your quick quote’ on the HVAC calculator page to start the process. The first page you’ll see is for boilers and heating and hot water. Click on the icons here to select the number of assets you currently have. Use a slider to increase or decrease the value. If you don’t have any specific assets listed, just leave those and move on. Then, simply click on the ‘confirm’ icon as you move down the list of assets. Once you have added all the assets you have, click ‘next step’ to proceed to the next part of the calculator.
If you need to go back at any point and amend the previous screen, just click ‘go back’ at the bottom of the page. If you have any comments you would like to add as your progress through the HVAC calculator, there is a box at the end of each section to add these. Continue through the calculator and you’ll reach the final step to get your instant quote.
Simply add in a few details so we can email you an instant quote. Click ‘get your instant quote’ and you’re done! Once you have received your instant quote by email, you will also receive a quote reference number along with a link which will enable you to book in a free site survey through our online booking system.
